Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure prompt delivery, changes or cancellations must be requested within 5-10 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made after this timeframe.

What payment methods are accepted?

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date they are placed, excluding weekends. Your order will be shipped the day after processing.

What if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

In the event of receiving defective, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact the shipment carrier directly. Include your order number and photographs of the items when reaching out. Secrets by Aphrodite is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. For incorrect items, please order the correct item and return the incorrect one. Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect item.
