After dispatch, we regret that it is not possible to modify or cancel your order. A grace period of 5-10 hours post-purchase allows for changes to the shipping address only. Should you require urgent changes, please do contact us immediately.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

• You may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt, noting that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• A free replacement or refund is assured if:
  • The received item differs from your order
  • The product is not as described
  • The item arrives damaged

• Returns must be made within 30 days of order receipt.
• Lingerie and clothing should be unworn and in original packaging.
